Job Openings CDL Class A Company Driver - Distribution Center Outbound

About the job CDL Class A Company Driver - Distribution Center Outbound

Join a high‐earning, full‐time CDL‐A company driver position running out of a retail distribution center in Marengo, OH. You'll haul freight of all kinds from a single DC to retail locations across OH, MI, IN, KY, PA, WV, MD, NY, and VT, with steady, year‐round freight and a weekly reset.

This is a dedicated multi‐stop route position. Each trailer typically has 1–5 stops, and drivers hand-unload each piece onto roller racks at the stores. If you like to stay active and prefer physical work over sitting all day, this account fits that style. Backhauls are about 25% of the freight.

You'll normally run 3–4 loads per week, starting Sunday or Monday, and you're routed home after your 3rd load for a 34–48 hour reset. A typical week is: start Sunday, get home after Friday unload; or start Monday and get home Saturday after unload. Weekends off are not guaranteed, but the schedule is structured and repeatable.

Drivers operate Freightliner and International tractors, a mix of automatic and manual, pulling 53' dry van trailers. Around 50% of trucks have APUs. This is not a slip‐seat operation — this is your assigned truck. You're allowed to take the truck home, and both a pet policy and rider policy are in place, giving you more flexibility and comfort on the road.

New drivers to the account receive a weekly pay guarantee for the first 60 days, plus paid orientation and structured on‐the‐job training (typically 2 weeks, based on experience). Orientation is held through the company's learning center, with lodging, meals, and travel options provided.

This account is built for professional CDL‐A drivers who want:

  • Strong weekly income with a defined pay structure
  • Steady, non‐seasonal freight out of a single distribution center
  • Multi‐stop, hand‐unload work that keeps you moving
  • A full benefits package, retirement plan, and paid time off
  • A fleet supported by Road Rescue, scale bypass, and toll pass programs

If you have at least 6 months of tractor‐trailer experience and want predictable freight with a weekly reset, this dedicated route offers a consistent paycheck and a clear routine.
