Job Description

Youll be the engine behind MixTapes voice, vibe, and visibility. From creating content that turns heads, to managing events that sell out - your role brings the brand to life across our taproom, social media, and all the scenes in between.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns for products, events, and brand awareness
  • Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and manage calendars
  • Coordinate partnerships and cross-promotions with artists, DJs, influencers, and vendors
  • Manage and execute taproom events (e.g. launches, music nights, pop-ups) end-to-end
  • Design and oversee in-store promotional materials, posters, and signage (with design support)
  • Work with the sales team on campaign toolkits and trade promotions
  • Track campaign success through analytics and feedback, and adjust accordingly
  • Ensure brand tone and visuals are consistent and engaging across all channels

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in social media, marketing, or event management
  • Deep familiarity with Vietnams food & beverage or lifestyle scenes
  • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and excited to try new things
  • Bonus if youre familiar with photography, Canva, Adobe tools, or basic video editing
