Job Description
Sales Representative (MixTape Wholesale)
Location: DaNang, Vietnam
Reports to: Sales Manager / Territory Manager
Salary Range: Competitive base + commission
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
As a Sales Representative at MixTape Wholesale, you will be the face of our beverage distribution business across Vietnam. Your mission is to grow sales by building strong relationships with bars, restaurants, cafes, and retail stores - while ensuring our drinks hit the right notes on every shelf and menu.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new accounts (HORECA, retail, and specialty stores) minimum 3 new accounts per month
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with clients through regular visits and service
- Ensure timely placement of orders and follow up on deliveries and account receivables
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product training and support to partners and venues
- Report daily activity using MixTapes internal tools (MS Teams, Planner, etc.)
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Represent the brand at events, tastings, and pop-ups as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in B2B sales, F&B, or beverage industry preferred
- Passion for craft drinks, lifestyle brands, and customer service
- Energetic, proactive, and great with people
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel locally as needed
