We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Enterprise B2B SaaS). This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with direct reporting to the CEO. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, owning the full new business cycle and playing a key role in shaping our Enterprise sales direction.
The position offers a clear path to grow into a leadership role, with the opportunity to build and develop the Enterprise function over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full new business sales cycle, taking end-to-end responsibility for shaping the Enterprise B2B sales direction.
- Identify, source, and qualify enterprise clients through outbound channels, including LinkedIn, targeted outreach, and industry events.
- Lead the presale process and present BSG solutions to key decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with enterprise clients.
- Represent the company at conferences and international events.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene and deliver clear personal reporting.
What is important to us:
- A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience within the SaaS industry, with a demonstrated focus on Enterprise accounts in European, LATAM or other markets.
- Proven track record of independently managing full-cycle sales - from first contact to signed deal.
- Good command of English.
- Strong networking skills - conferences, events, direct outreach.
