IronLane is an AI infrastructure startup building an orchestration platform for open-source LLMs. We provide a single API that helps teams choose, route and manage AI inference across multiple models and providers.
With a working MVP, our first pilot customers and strategic partnerships already in place, we're now focused on finding Product-Market Fit, validating new use cases and building a scalable B2B growth engine.
We're looking for an AI Growth Marketer to help us build and scale our B2B growth engine. Working closely with our founders and marketing advisor, you'll execute GTM initiatives, launch marketing campaigns, validate customer segments and automate marketing workflows using AI tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning quickly and building scalable marketing processe
What You’ll Do:
Execute GTM initiatives across different ICPs and use cases.
Launch and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns.
Test messaging, customer segments and acquisition channels.
Build AI-powered marketing workflows and automations using n8n, APIs and AI tools.
Create and launch marketing campaigns and content.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Research competitors, market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Help build scalable marketing processes and playbooks.
What We Expect:
2+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Digital Marketing.
Experience launching and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
Understanding of ICP, positioning and outbound marketing.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
Nice to Have Experience:
In AI, SaaS or developer-focused products, experience creating B2B marketing content.
With AI tools such as Claude, GPT, ElevenLabs or similar, building AI-powered workflows and automations.
Creating B2B marketing content.
Working with contractors or cross-functional teams.
