Growth Marketing Manager (Proxy Services, B2B)

In this role, the Growth Marketer is responsible for both launching effective go-to-market strategies, directly supporting business growth in the proxy services market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel go-to-market strategies for proxy services (residential, datacenter, mobile) targeting the European B2B market.
  • Identify and segment target audiences within key industries (fraud prevention, AdTech, iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, cybersecurity) to maximize market penetration.
  • Prepare compelling marketing materials, presentations, and value propositions tailored to decision-makers in target companies.
  • Development of a marketing plan and KPIs.
  • Setting tasks for internal specialists and monitoring results.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL conversion) to optimize lead generation and sales enablement processes.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B growth or digital marketing, ideally within IT, SaaS, proxy, VPN, CDN, or hosting sectors.
  • Successful track record in B2B growth marketing.
  • Understanding the specifics of selling complex technical products.
  • Ability to build strategic product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates value to target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
