Social Media Associate

BSS is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who has a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow BSS social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, captions, and basic visual content
• Use Canva to design social media creatives, stories, and promotional materials
• Monitor page activity, respond to messages/comments, and track engagement
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of Canva and design principles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in social media marketing and branding
