About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial forecasts, in-depth analysis, and actionable insights.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

• Analyze business performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations

• Prepare monthly management reports and executive dashboards

• Collaborate with department heads to gather financial inputs and support planning cycles

• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial impact of business decisions

• Monitor key financial metrics and present findings to senior management

• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and profitability analysis

• Assist in cost control and expense tracking across departments

• Enhance financial reporting processes through automation and standardization

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for planning and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/ACCA/CA Inter/CMA preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)

• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets

• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
