About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our data science and engineering team. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world business problems.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation

• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights

• Preprocess, clean, and transform data for modeling and experimentation

• Evaluate model performance and fine-tune hyperparameters to optimize accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to integrate ML models into production environments

• Use cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for training and deploying scalable models

• Continuously monitor deployed models and retrain them as needed

• Research new ML algorithms, tools, and technologies to improve model performance

• Document technical processes, model architectures, and testing results

• Communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science roles

• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms including regression, decision trees, clustering, NLP, and neural networks

• Experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL

• Familiarity with ML model deployment tools and frameworks such as Docker, Flask, FastAPI, or MLflow

• Knowledge of cloud ML platforms like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML

• Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
