About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Engineer to join our technology team. This full-time, onsite position is based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions to support business operations and customer engagement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

• Implement Salesforce configuration changes including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and flows

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including testing and deployment

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce customizations and third-party integrations

• Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices

• Document system processes and changes accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Experience with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Salesforce DX

• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Bitbucket for Salesforce deployment

• Salesforce Developer or Administrator Certification (preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
