About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. This full-time, onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore, involves working on a variety of digital products, transforming complex requirements into user-friendly designs that deliver a seamless experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals

• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions

• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits for consistent product design

• Translate feedback into thoughtful design improvements

• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across different devices and platforms

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation

• Stay current with UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

• Experience with responsive design, web/mobile layouts, and component-based design systems

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development practices is a plus

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user testing methodologies

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user interface and user experience design work
