About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical QA Engineer Manual to join our quality assurance team. This is a full-time, onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our software products meet high-quality standards by executing test plans, identifying bugs, and supporting smooth product releases.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, integration, and exploratory testing

Identify, log, and track software bugs and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues

Validate fixes and new features before releases

Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and QA processes
-
Provide timely feedback on software usability and suggest improvements

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Ensure software complies with defined quality standards and business expectations
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

13 years of experience in manual software testing

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla)

Familiarity with web and mobile application testing

Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform testing
-
Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write simple database queries

Ability to identify usability issues and provide constructive feedback

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
