Content & Social Media Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Create/execute awareness campaigns and strategies across various channels including Out of Home, social media, and other media channels. 
  • Strategize, oversee and plan content across different platforms (web, social media, app etc.) 
  • Ideate and brainstorm on new and creative content to ensure communications is relevant and engaging/attracts the right target audience 
  • Manage the creation/sourcing for relevant, creative and engaging social media content (editorial, photos, videos, etc.) 
  • Liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally to smooth communications and roll out of new campaigns/features 
  • Coordinate and align social opportunities to ultimately fasten user journey and drive acquisition through analyses and recommendations 
  • Monitor, track, analyze the performance of social media using tools, coming up with actionable insights 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and latest innovations

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/communications/social media marketing
  • Strong creative, writing, and editorial skills for social media 
  • Experience developing insights from social listening 
  • Ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights Experience in growing and maintaining social communities 
  • Experienced working within a broader digital marketing ecosystem
  • Strong experience in managing external parties such as PR agencies, digital marketing agencies, etc
  • Interest/passion in crypto industry/finance 
  • Teamwork spirit and startup mindset
