Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Find leads and nurtures long-term relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth customers.
  • As a startup, we expect you to lead by example and be hands-on with getting new clients, developing existing relationships, and resolving any issues that arise to provide the best customer experience. 
  • In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. 
  • If you also have a background in Financial Services and a keen interest in the Crypto industry, we’d like to meet you.
  • Your goal will help us develop our revenue and grow our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Proven experience as a people manager and team leader
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Background in serving affluent and high net worth customers a plus
  • Background in financial services a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction)
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
