Training Manager

 Job Description:

Our client is one of Thailand's leading marketplaces for insurance and financial technology products. ´╗┐They are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join their leadership team. You will work directly with the Senior Management team across the operations department.


  • Execute and deliver quality and effective training solutions to different audiences from various distribution channels.
  • Provide training on insurance products, soft skills, and selling skills.
  • Develop and maintain a training program containing training objectives, curriculum, content, and activities to meet the organization's training needs.
  • Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their development needs and performance.
  • Lead, train and develop trainers, and provide guidance and support to trainers.


  • Five years + of training experience within an insurance or a telco background.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, execution, and delivery of effective training programs.
  • Operational management experience.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude, proven analytical skills.
  • Team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pragmatic, hands-on personality with a passion for process optimization.
  • Thai and English Language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing OIC exam preparation (nice to have).
