Our client is one of Thailand's leading marketplaces for insurance and financial technology products. They are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join their leadership team. You will work directly with the Senior Management team across the operations department.
- Execute and deliver quality and effective training solutions to different audiences from various distribution channels.
- Provide training on insurance products, soft skills, and selling skills.
- Develop and maintain a training program containing training objectives, curriculum, content, and activities to meet the organization's training needs.
- Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their development needs and performance.
- Lead, train and develop trainers, and provide guidance and support to trainers.
- Five years + of training experience within an insurance or a telco background.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, execution, and delivery of effective training programs.
- Operational management experience.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude, proven analytical skills.
- Team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pragmatic, hands-on personality with a passion for process optimization.
- Thai and English Language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing OIC exam preparation (nice to have).
