As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will:

Find leads and nurtures long-term relationships with our affluent and high net worth customers.

As a startup, we expect you to lead by example and be hands on with getting new clients, developing existing relationships, and resolving any issues that arise to provide the best customer experience. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in Financial Services and keen interest in the Crypto industry, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to help us develop our revenue and grow our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager

● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

● Proven experience as a people manager and team leader

● Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus

● Background in serving affluent and high net worth customers a plus

● Background in financial services a plus

● Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

● A customer-oriented attitude

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills

● Problem-solving aptitude

● Ability to work well with a team
