Internal Audit Associate

We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Audit Associate (Mid to Senior Level) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end audit activitiesincluding planning, fieldwork, and reportingfor operational, financial, compliance, and other audit assignments.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on audit findings to support process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and contribute to the development of audit strategies, methodologies, and testing procedures.
• Prepare clear and well-documented internal audit reports that align with management expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and continuous enhancement of internal audit policies, programs, and tools in line with industry best practices and relevant standards.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed-upon audit recommendations and follow up to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Stay updated on internal audit standards, emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of audit practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field. A masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• 35years of handson internal or external audit experience.
• Proven ability to plan audit scopes, design test procedures, execute fieldwork, and draft wellsupported findings.
• Sharp analytical and criticalthinking abilities; able to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• High professional integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
