Senior Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

• Take part in growing a business unit holistically

• Lead the execution of strategic projects and oversee business performance and profitability of multiple project initiatives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders

• Identify and analyze business problems to develop solutions and growth plan

• Provide critical thinking and problem-solving support for complex initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business management from a top university

• Has a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in business strategy/project management role

• Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Powerpoint

• Independent contributor with a can-do attitude and self driven

• Able to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented
