Middle Legal Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate (Mid-Level) to join our team, with a focus on supporting our key business pillar. This role involves a blend of contract management, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze operational agreements for designated business pillars.
• Draft agreement templates based on internal stakeholder requests.
• Provide legal advice on new business initiatives.
• Assess compliance of business processes with applicable regulations.
• Review Terms & Conditions and prepare supporting documents for subsidiary board meetings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contract drafting and compliance matters.
• Manage license applications and ensure timely regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
• Perform annual compliance reviews and propose necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law.
• 13 years of relevant experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
