Finance Intern

Job Description:

As a Finance Intern, you will support our Financial, Reporting & Accounting team in carrying out day-to-day finance operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance practices and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to team goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with document handling, data entry, and file organization to support finance operations.
• Help ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and reports.
• Support communication with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Provide general administrative support across the finance function.

You will be assigned to one of the following specialties based on business needs. These may include Record to Pay (R2P), where you'll handle invoice documentation and vendor follow-ups; Tax, where you'll support compliance activities, documentation, and related inquiries; Reconciliation, where you'll assist in reconciling accounts and validating financial records; or Accounts Receivable (AR), where you'll help track incoming payments, manage billing, and support reconciliation efforts.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a fresh graduate from a top university in Indonesia or overseas.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
