Role: Team Leader – Telesales (Analytical Focus)

We are looking for a data-driven Team Leader for Telesales who can not only manage day-to-day operations but also play a key role in shaping the future of our telesales strategy through analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Telesales team to achieve performance and conversion targets
  • Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Data Studio / reporting tools) to track performance, funnel metrics, and team productivity
  • Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Marketing) to optimize outreach strategies
  • Support the manager in designing and implementing scalable and automated telesales processes
  • Monitor and improve call quality, scripts, and engagement strategies based on data insights
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, segmentation, and personalization in telesales operations
  • Act as a strategic partner in discussions related to telesales growth, performance improvement, and future roadmap
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership based on data findings

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions
  • Experience in telesales / inside sales operations
  • Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio / Looker Studio)
  • Comfortable working with data sets, performance tracking, and funnel analysis
  • Proactive, structured, and able to balance execution with strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
