About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition for Mass Hiring, you will be responsible for driving high-volume recruitment efforts that directly support the business's rapid expansion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels in optimizing hiring funnels, and has experience managing bulk recruitment campaigns across various functions. You will design, execute, and refine mass hiring strategies, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure we attract and hire the right talent quickly and efficiently. Your work will play a defining role in shaping the speed and quality of our organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end mass hiring processes for high-volume positions across multiple functions (e.g., operations, field roles, sales, customer support)

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, role requirements, and capacity needs

  • Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies across job portals, communities, events, referrals, and partnerships

  • Manage bulk screening, assessments, and interview days to efficiently move large pipelines through hiring stages

  • Monitor funnel efficiency and optimize conversion rates across all stages of the mass hiring process

  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to provide clear hiring updates, timelines, and insights

  • Maintain accurate talent pipelines and deliver regular hiring dashboards and metrics to leadership

  • Ensure a smooth, consistent, and positive candidate experience at scale

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment operations, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated success in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment

  • Strong ability to manage and optimize large hiring funnels in fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies for bulk roles, including offline channels, events, communities, and partnerships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of running multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in hiring metrics, funnel tracking, and conversion optimization

  • Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in Jakarta
