We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Staff to join our growing Finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing processes, and ensuring effective control over inventory and financial transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end control over Inventory, ensure the reconciliation prepared by the Ops Team is accurate and matched with 3rd party data, inventory movement applies the FIFO method, and the cash received from sales is in line with the bank.
  • Understanding the business process and determining the revenue and cost implications.
  • Working closely with other functions to receive accurate data on a timely basis.
  • Involve in the monthly and yearly financial closing process, ensuring the records are accurate and aligned with the GAAP.
  • Prepare reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, raise and follow up for any issues, and open items to the respective functions during the reconciliation.
  • Documented properly all the supporting data, documents, and reconciliations for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with the external auditor to ensure a smooth audit process with clean opinion results.
  • Review the process and suggest improvements needed to speed up the closing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Having 1 year of working experience in Finance and Accounting (Auditor background is a plus)
  • Having good knowledge of Accounting Standards.
  • Having a basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation.
  • Demonstrating ability to gather and communicate data logically and accurately.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Oracle Netsuite would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (both Verbal and Written).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
