About the job Talent Acquisition Intern
BukuWarung is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team in recruitment and administrative initiatives.
This role offers hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. The internship will run for 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, especially tech hiring, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases accurately and efficiently.
- Support in conducting online/offline assessments and interviews.
- Provide daily/weekly progress reports on recruitment activities to the TA team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the TA function.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student.
- Strong interest in recruitment, especially in tech or multinational hiring.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Familiar with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.).
- Available for a minimum of 3 months.
- Prior experience in recruitment-related activities (e.g., campus organizations or internships) is a plus.
