The Role

You'll provide high-level support to senior lawyers while ensuring matters progress efficiently from commencement through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

Diary and email management.
Preparing legal correspondence and documents.
Managing court and settlement documentation.
File management and matter administration.
Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and external stakeholders.
Billing, timesheets and general practice support.
Keeping multiple matters organised while managing competing priorities.

About You

You'll be an experienced Legal Assistant who enjoys taking ownership and being relied upon.

You communicate confidently, maintain absolute confidentiality and pride yourself on producing work of the highest standard.

You'll bring:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Senior Legal Secretary.
Excellent document formatting and Microsoft Office skills.
Outstanding organisational ability.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.
