Senior Application Analyst Expert (Doha, Qatar, Onsite)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Application Analyst Expert to provide expert-level functional analysis on complex enterprise applications across the client's ISD. The role architects requirements solutions for major business changes, owns functional design authority, and leads stakeholder workshops at director level.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex business and functional analysis on multi-application change initiatives.

- Own functional design authority across the application portfolio.

- Facilitate requirements workshops with senior business stakeholders.

- Author business cases, requirements specifications, and functional design documents.

- Govern requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.

- Lead solution evaluation — RFP authoring, vendor demos, scoring matrices.

- Mentor and coach Application Analysts and junior BAs.

- Drive process improvement using Lean / Six Sigma where applicable.

- Interface with Enterprise Architect on solution design and target-state architecture.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business; Master's preferred.

- 10+ years' experience in business / application analysis with 4+ at senior level.

- Deep functional expertise across at least two of: ERP, EDMS, CRM, BI/analytics, public-sector workflow.

- IIBA CBAP / PMI-PBA certification preferred.

- Strong workshop facilitation skills with director-level stakeholders.

- Native or fluent Arabic AND professional English — preferred (not mandatory).

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

- TOGAF awareness.

- Experience with low-code platforms.

- Prior Qatar government / public sector experience.

- Bilingual technical writing capability.
