About the job Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with Trescon's business objectives. Create strategies to drive attendance, sponsorship, and exhibition sales for our events.
Audience Engagement: Understand our target audience, their needs, and preferences.
Create and implement engaging content across digital and offline channels to attract and retain participants, sponsors, and partners.
Multi-Channel Marketing: Utilize various marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and partnerships to maximize event reach and engagement.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Trescon brand identity across all marketing materials and communications. Ensure consistency and professionalism in branding.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-impact content that educates, informs, and inspires our audience. Manage content distribution to reach the right audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI. Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in event marketing, B2B tech, or consulting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Hands on experience in Email marketing, social media content and platform management, Lead generation and working with branding/creative teams.
Hands on experience proficiency in any one of the CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Mailchimp etc.
