Role Summary

We are recruiting a FileNet P8 Administrator to operate, secure, and maintain an enterprise IBM FileNet

Content Platform Engine environment. The role spans platform administration, object-store management,

integrations, and routine troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer IBM FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine (CPE) and Content Navigator.

- Manage object stores, document classes, property templates, and security policies.

- Configure and tune Content Search Services (CSS) and IBM Cognos integration where applicable.

- Operate Process Engine / Workflow systems.

- Apply patches, fix-packs, and version upgrades on schedule.

- Monitor performance, storage, and service health.

- Coordinate with WebSphere, DB2/Oracle, and storage teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.

- 4+ years administering IBM FileNet P8 in production.

- Strong with WebSphere Application Server / Liberty.

- Hands-on with DB2 or Oracle as FileNet GCD/object-store database.

- Familiarity with IBM Content Navigator administration.

- Linux/AIX or Windows Server administration.

- Professional English — mandatory.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- IBM Certified Specialist – FileNet P8.

- Exposure to Datacap, Daeja Viewer, or BAW (Business Automation Workflow).

- Storage tiering / archival integration experience (ILM/HSM/IBM Spectrum).
