  • IT Support Analyst (Level 2) Providing second-level support, troubleshooting complex problems, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Desktop Support Technician (Level 1) Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops, and peripherals, and providing in-person technical assistance.
  • Application Support Specialist (Level 2) Supporting specific software applications, troubleshooting functionality issues, and liaising with vendors or development teams for fixes.
  • IT Operations Coordinator (Level 2) Coordinating routine IT operational tasks, asset management, and assisting with IT policy implementation.
  • Service Desk Manager (Level 3) Leading the IT support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement of support processes.
