About The Role:

Joint Command and Control System Program Office (JC2 SPO) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Logistics Support Officer to operate as an embedded part of the JC2 SPO Logistic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance documentation as directed.
  • Undertake an active role in process improvement activities.
  • Develop, maintain and implement SPO-Level Logistic Support plans and procedures for the in-service support of JC2 SPO supported equipment in accordance with the Capability and Sustainment Group (CASG) policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the codification and cataloguing of JC2 SPO fleet products and formulating related Complete Equipment Schedules (CES).
  • Responsible to manage and report on JC2 SPO compliance and assurance activities, to the Defence Logistic Manager
  • Participate in Technical Management meetings and/or technical activities, tasks or functions and present reports on status of work against approved plans, agreements and instructions.
  • Review annually the Standard Operating Procedures for JC2 SPO supported equipment.
  • Prepare Fleet (system) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Technical Management briefs and impact statements.
  • Manage Supply Customer Accounts (SCA) if required.
  • Undertake services in accordance with. SX000i (Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). S2000M (Material Management Data). S3000L (Logistic Support analysis (LSA). S500F (In-service data Feedback).
