About The Role:

The management of IP requires specialist contract management skills to oversee the responsible management of IP in accordance with the contractual and governance arrangements that span across the acquisition and sustainment phases of the DDGs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with and lead the IP review and assessments with processing DRRs and DTRs.
  • Triaging the DDGSPO. RFITD Mailbox sorting between IP and Export Controls requests.
  • Actioning access requests for CMT-U mix of IP and Export Controls.
  • Actioning access requests for Objective mix of IP and Export Controls.
  • Coordinating with CoA meeting organisers to ensure all personnel attending are authorised for any IP or Export Controlled content.
  • Updating the tools for Export Controls eligibility assessments/vetting.
  • Developing and implementing the tools for IP eligibility and access authorisation.
  • Maintain the team registers.
  • Coordinating team meetings and escalating any urgent issues to us all immediately with a direct line to the EC/IP/TD team members.

About You:

  • IP background and/or law degree
  • Manage a records management workload also.
  • IP background is needed to hit the ground running.
