- Develop relevant talent pipelines, aligned to our core capabilities and solutions, for current and future C4i opportunities, utilising the ATS as the primary tool, and social media channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Project.
- Manage job requisitions and the candidate pools within the ATS, ensuring timely communication and alignment to the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.
- Respond quickly to client and candidate requirements and submit against relevant opportunities within level of delegation.
- Lead all aspects of end-to-end recruitment activities from job requirements definition including sourcing briefs, advertising, screening, facilitating interviews, background checking (AS-4811), and salary negotiation. Contract execution is managed by the HR Manager.
- Manage all aspects of the candidate lifecycle within the ATS, including candidate communications, document management and workflows ensuring accuracy of data and frequency is maintained.
- Develop attractive and relevant advertising templates that address our Veteran and EVP focus and differentiate us as an employer of choice.
- Conduct phone screening accurately, ensuring all required information is captured, promoting employer brand, our EVP, our technology specialist framework and C4i Solutions capabilities. The phone interview is designed to collect specific relevant information and to engage prospects with our organisation.
- Negotiate the best rates for C4i, using our commercial calculators, remuneration framework, salary surveys and other data to ensure we meet our desired remuneration requirements and contribution margins.
- Develop relevant sourcing strategies (per role, or per capability) to identify talent within C4i strategic sectors.
- Work closely with Delivery and Senior Managers to understand their current and future workforce requirements.
- Use effective communication tools and techniques such as Mailchimp, newsletters and other tools and techniques to maintain talent pool engagement with our brand.
- Champion the C4i Solutions brand and employee value proposition (EVP) externally.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder engagement, including meeting candidates and clients where possible.
- Utilise third party apps and technologies involved in the recruitment process.
