You will join a dynamic and agile team and provide a range of technical advisory duties supporting our internal business or clients in Defence and Government.

As a Wintel Engineer at C4i Solutions, your specific technical responsibilities include:
- Document detailed designs and diagrams for Windows systems
- Provide technical expertise in Wintel servers, backup, AD, Exchange, and virtualized solutions
- Manage and support Windows infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Build and deploy complex server, backup, AD, Exchange, and virtualized solutions
- Recommend process and design improvements for optimal business outcomes
- Develop clear instructions and "as-built" documentation
- Perform change management and ITIL functions
- Deliver any additional services required by the client
Your personal attributes:
- Australian Citizen with a current or recently inactive AGSVA clearance.
- Previous in Defence would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Customer-focused, with a values-based approach.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Initiative and adaptability.
- Strong relationship-building and conflict-management skills.
- A level of commercial acumen.
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a broader team.
Your experience:
- Industry experience aligned with your domain specialisation.
- Technical writing expertise for complex ICT projects
- Network and systems engineering experience Extensive Wintel compute and storage experience
- Ex-Defence Force experience is highly regarded.
- Cyber security GRC experience is an advantage.
