About the Role:

As an Associate Technology Specialist in C4i Solutions, you will be supporting our technology delivery teams and experienced Systems Engineers and Administrators, assisting with ICT builds and deployments, whilst developing your skills in scripting, automation, and security. This role offers a specialist ICT / Technology career pathway, with mentoring and professional development to enhance your skills and experience.

The role is located onsite in Penrith, Western Sydney.

About the role:

• Provide first-line support and maintenance (helpdesk) for users and systems.
• Assist with operating system builds and standard operating environment (SOE) deployment.
• Support imaging, PaaS builds, and application deployment.
• Help automate installation and system configuration using tools such as PowerShell.
• Maintain documentation and configuration management practices.
• Assist with patching, monitoring, and performance management.
• Support disaster recovery and backup processes.
• Provide support outside of your primary skill set at times when required relevant to client requirements.
• Maintain any required certifications and knowledge relevant to your primary skill set.
• Work individually or as part of a larger team as dictated by our engagements.
• Uphold the company culture, values and behaviours at all times.
• Other duties as required by the company or your supervisor.

About you:

• An Australian Citizen with an ability to obtain an AGSVA clearance.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Min Cert3) in either an ICT or Engineering discipline.
• Entry level experience or knowledge ideally with knowledge of an ICT, Engineering or other Technology environments.
• Customer focussed, with a values-based approach.
• Excellent relationship builder with ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams.
• A self-starter who takes the initiative with excellent problem-solving skills Excellent ability multi-task prioritise.
• Able to manage conflict effectively.
• You are passionate about technology, and eager to learn!
