About the job Engineering Site Manager
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of 66/230/400KV protection and control system projects, ensuring design accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- To test and commission the protection and control system after modification.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and business partners and end-customer to ensure effective communication, coordination, and on-time project delivery.
- Collaborate with end customer to ensure design accuracy and meet project timeline.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and occupational health and safety requirements throughout project execution.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience as Site Manager for 66/230/400KV Switchgear projects
- License to work as a supervisor at live substations
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet project timelines.
- Meticulous, proactive, and strong in stakeholder management.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
