Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Clinical Director, Head of Medical and Director, Nursing in the day-to-day operations of the Medical and Nursing Departments.
- Manage Clinical Director's calendar.
- Serve as resource person in administrative and operational matters
- Coordinate meetings with Nursing Leaders, members of interdisciplinary team and any external meetings etc.
- Record minutes for meetings.
- Plan orientation programme for new posting doctors
- Assist doctors to apply National Electronic Health Record and any other relevant clinical systems.
- Computation of shift allowance for nurses.
- Planning of the monthly roster for consultants and medical officers.
- Updating of consultants and doctors leave calendar.
- Maintain up-to-date reports, records and files.
- Assist with collation and submission of statistics and reports when required.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Project coordination capabilities with experience working in a cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary healthcare environment.
- Confidence in engaging senior clinicians, nursing leaders and administrative stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Good analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail in data, documentation and follow‑up actions.
- Excellent communication, writing, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills, with ability to prepare clear papers, reports and meeting minutes.
