Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Ability to discover customers’ needs, conduct demo and sales presentations/proposals
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, using system(s) provided by the company
  • Attends and completes all relevant meetings and trainings

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience and customer account management
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Excellent verbal, communications, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box to solve customers’ challenges
  • Knowledge of office automation industry is preferred
  • Prior exposure to government / enterprise segment will be an added advantage
