Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop new business opportunities and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ability to discover customers’ needs, conduct demo and sales presentations/proposals
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, using system(s) provided by the company
- Attends and completes all relevant meetings and trainings
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience and customer account management
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Excellent verbal, communications, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box to solve customers’ challenges
- Knowledge of office automation industry is preferred
- Prior exposure to government / enterprise segment will be an added advantage
