The Regional Human Resource (HR) Business Partner will work closely with Business Leaders on all HR related matters including recruitment, retention, performance and rewards management and employee engagement for regional offices and overseas assignees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Driving end-to-end recruitment process including reviewing and selection of recruitment methods and platforms, conducting interviews, selection, salary recommendations and onboarding
- Analysing and monitoring resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting
- Collaborating with line managers and HR COEs to drive attraction, retention and engagement
- Partnering with Business Leaders on performance management, salary and bonus reviews
- Actively involved in employee engagement initiatives including employee engagement surveys, analysing insights and findings and working with COEs to propose appropriate recommendations
- Be abreast of changing regulatory and HR practices, communicate the implications to Company and implement changes as appropriate
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related with at least 8 years of relevant regional experience in a fast-paced environment with large headcount
- Strong experience in regional HR Business Partnering with sound commercial acumen. Experience and knowledge in the industry would be advantageous.
- Conversant in employment laws and regulations, HR practices and cross-cultural competence
- Resilience and the ability to adapt and multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to interact with people of all levels
- An eye for details and resourcefulness
