Responsibilities:

• Handle daily shop operations.
• Attend to all customers and identify their needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in handling all customer enquiries and complaints.
• Ensure that sales floor is well-replenished and organized.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Retail or Customer Service environment.
• Good customer service skills with a positive personality.
