Job Description:
- Help the company to venture into S.E.A. markets and evolve into a broad framework for establishing strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to provide advice and solutions.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization & Generate leads and cold call with prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone to foster and develop relationships with them.
- Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage opportunities that represent significant revenue to the company.
- Engage the sales organizations and operation sites to create and drive revenue opportunities for the group.
- Engineering Division value proposition externally with customers
- Ability to assess technical and commercial feasibility for the customer and company.
- Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships.
- Manage complex contract negotiations with superiors to develop long-lasting relations with customers.
- Develop with senior management team best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities.
- Understanding and executing global digital sales processes through social media and other platforms.
- Ability to help set up a global platform and support the business functions behind it effectively.
- Prepare and give business reviews to senior leaders.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Requirement:
- Min. Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 15 years of International Sales & Marketing experience
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience in capital goods & product selling particularly Textile, engineering & Foundry products both in domestic and international markets.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with flexibility and positive attitude.
- Should be an open minded, customer oriented and organized person.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. Fluency in other local languages will be an added advantage.
- Should be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel.
