Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the shop's daily operations including sales, manpower allocation, cashier management and inventory control.
• Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets with high service standards and strong teamwork.
• Deliver excellent customer services and handle customers enquiries and complaints.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to execute and facilitate promotion strategies.
• Report sales performance and shop updates on a timely basis for management review.
• Responsible for tracking product sell through.
• Effectively control and manage inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Can-do attitude and strong leadership skill.
