Responsibilities

• Responsible for the organization, administration and implementation of companys sales objectives
• Management of performance of the department
• Works closely with departments and customers to meet the quality and service requirements.
• Analyze sales objectives for both present and prospective customers, sales and service activity demands and programs for effective sales coverage.
• Assists in the preparation of competitive bids and proposals
• To develop sales forecasts, territory potentials, territory analysis and cooperate with management in setting adequate sales quotas and goals.
• Reports department activities to management through work plan and territory analyses.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation.
• Manage the sales team.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in related industry, servicing oil & gas downstream customers
• Good contacts and strong network with oil & gas companies
• Possess own vehicle
• Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and result-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure
