Roles & Responsibilities:
- A pivotal role in selling our training courses to prospective corporate client.
- Plan, review, manage and schedules the course
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate training courses from our portfolio that align with their goals and objectives.
- Provide detailed information about the potential fundings involved, features, benefits, and outcomes of each course, addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for program expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Assist in company's marketing activities & plans
Requirement:
- Minimum diploma or degree holder
- Well-spoken and outgoing personality
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the education sector
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of training courses, professional development, or adult education and the relevant fundings is a plus
- A keen learner, sales-driven and have passion for life-long learning
