Role & Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients in the building supplies industry
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts
- Provide excellent customer service for long-term relationships
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation
- Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the building supplies industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex sales:
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet targets
- Hospitality or cabin crew experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin for Chinese-speaking customers
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Must have a strong drive for sales
- Immediate starter or short notice preferred\
