Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients in the building supplies industry
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service for long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation
  • Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management



Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the building supplies industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex sales:
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet targets
  • Hospitality or cabin crew experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Mandarin for Chinese-speaking customers
  • Well-groomed and presentable
  • Must have a strong drive for sales
  • Immediate starter or short notice preferred\
