Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR related matters including and not limited to compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement and learning.
  • Liaise with Heads of Department to understand business requirements, project future skills demand and collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize talent acquisition.
  • Monitor headcount changes, compilation of HR related reports and periodic budget preparation & projection.
  • Manage employee issues and support line managers in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Participate in committees and HR projects.
  • Support learning initiatives including identifying learning and development needs, review and update policies and processes.
  • Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant regulatory act and laws.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of related HR experience preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Conversant with Employment Act and general HR practices
  • Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels
  • Self-driven, initiative, resourceful and able to work independently and a team player
