Responsibilities:
- Develop and update HR policies to be aligned with country regulations and to enhance effective operation of the company
- Clearly communicate the policies for employees to understand and adhere to
- Manage and resolve employee misconduct issues or grievances
- Review workforce information for correct alignment with regional guidelines and within the country
- Oversee reporting of headcount and budgets
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all in-country roles
- Implement employee activities to promote engagement and team connection
- Select appropriate CSR partners and encourage employees to give back to the community
- Timely and accurate update of employee information in HRMS
- Analyse data (including those from outside of HRMS) for effective organization intervention
- Any other project or work assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree holder in HRM or business disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience within HR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position within a HR department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates creative thinking abilities
- Honest, discreet and with a high level of integrity
- High attention to detail, demonstrative of logical thinking, and ability to manage several logistical tasks concurrently, including timeline management
- Strong people management skills with an ability to drive high performing teams
- Computer literate (MS-Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
