Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update HR policies to be aligned with country regulations and to enhance effective operation of the company
  • Clearly communicate the policies for employees to understand and adhere to
  • Manage and resolve employee misconduct issues or grievances
  • Review workforce information for correct alignment with regional guidelines and within the country
  • Oversee reporting of headcount and budgets
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all in-country roles
  • Implement employee activities to promote engagement and team connection
  • Select appropriate CSR partners and encourage employees to give back to the community
  • Timely and accurate update of employee information in HRMS
  • Analyse data (including those from outside of HRMS) for effective organization intervention
  • Any other project or work assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree holder in HRM or business disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within HR
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position within a HR department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates creative thinking abilities
  • Honest, discreet and with a high level of integrity
  • High attention to detail, demonstrative of logical thinking, and ability to manage several logistical tasks concurrently, including timeline management
  • Strong people management skills with an ability to drive high performing teams
  • Computer literate (MS-Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
