Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support to educational activities organised by the Medical Institution.
  • Take initiative to strengthen new and existing programmes, including use of relevant IT tools to develop and edit online content.
  • Support the education team in development and project management of education content and programmes including providing background information, statistics, and other necessary data, liaising with external parties, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and overseeing the administration and implementation of projects.
  • Liaise with collaborators, partners and vendors on operational matters and logistics for activities and events as required.
  • Verify course content before materials are uploaded into the learning management system.
  • Minutes taking for education meetings.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Undertake to keep oneself well informed of the updated industry guidelines and develop new skills that are necessary for the job.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation at all times.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement in own work area and / or team.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.



Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Healthcare sector
  • Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
  • Aptitude and passion in learning IT educational tools, video- editing and managing learning management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
