Responsibilities:
- Preparation and timely submission of stock/inventory reports for cargoes stored in APAC to various stakeholders: - Generate stock figures from inventory system - Liaise with counterparts remotely to ensure accurate reporting of stock figures - Consolidate and transfer the reconciled stock figures to standardized templates
- Preparation and timely submission of other ad hoc reports as assigned
- Monitor and timely update of APAC's warehouse lease register (ensure valid lease agreement and updated lease expiration date)
- Monitor and timely update of weighing scales calibration certificates and its expiry dates
- Update of commercial related deals into a common register
- Liaise with insurers, brokers and internal colleagues for matters relating to marine cargo insurance
- Issuance of marine cargo insurance certificates including invoice verification
- Track all insurance jobs including profit and loss
- Maintain and update claims register and dashboard on a quarterly basis
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- A team player who demonstrate teamwork
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Power BI would be advantageous
- Able to perform effectively in a high pressure, fast paced working environment
- Proactive, self-motivated/driven and keen to learn new things
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
