Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and timely submission of stock/inventory reports for cargoes stored in APAC to various stakeholders: - Generate stock figures from inventory system - Liaise with counterparts remotely to ensure accurate reporting of stock figures - Consolidate and transfer the reconciled stock figures to standardized templates
  • Preparation and timely submission of other ad hoc reports as assigned
  • Monitor and timely update of APAC's warehouse lease register (ensure valid lease agreement and updated lease expiration date)
  • Monitor and timely update of weighing scales calibration certificates and its expiry dates
  • Update of commercial related deals into a common register
  • Liaise with insurers, brokers and internal colleagues for matters relating to marine cargo insurance
  • Issuance of marine cargo insurance certificates including invoice verification
  • Track all insurance jobs including profit and loss
  • Maintain and update claims register and dashboard on a quarterly basis
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline
  • A team player who demonstrate teamwork
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Power BI would be advantageous
  • Able to perform effectively in a high pressure, fast paced working environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated/driven and keen to learn new things
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
