Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the successful candidate will be involved in the full spectrum of rewards and performance management practices to ensure competitiveness to attract, develop and retain employees to support the Organizations goals and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Drive and manage annual compensation & benefits projects and initiatives (including salary reviews & bonus matrices, promotion exercise, insurance renewal)
- Review rewards and performance management strategies, policies, framework & guidelines and ensure competitiveness, effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other Human Resources and Business Units and provide analytical and advisory support on matters relating to rewards and performance management
- Support overseas C&B practices, job levelling, benchmarking, and ensure alignment and consistency with corporate guideline
- Resolve issues relating to HR system (related modules), including partnering HRSS and ISD to identify process needs, translate to systems requirements, and perform UAT
- Review and ensure the accurate processing of the monthly payroll by Payroll Specialists
- Prepare HR budget, including review and variance explanation of budget and manpower costings as required for management review and / or program proposals
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 8 years of experience in Rewards and Performance Management with a global firm
- Good working knowledge of Employment Act, managing Rewards programs and practices
- Technology savviness - with experience in process reviews, systems implementations and continuous improvements using IT / HR systems as enablers
- Hands-on approach to work, prior experience with inhouse payroll processing or review
- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and stakeholder management skills
- Good communications and written skills
