Roles & Responsibilities

Overseeing proposal development, tracking project progress, and driving engineering advancements across group companies in Southeast Asia & India.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the development of proposals for various engineering projects within group companies.
• Evaluate technical aspects, feasibility, and alignment with company objectives, best practices, and standards.
• Regularly liaise with assigned project leaders in group companies to gather updates, identify challenges and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Pursue new collaborations with well-established vendors globally while concurrently assessing existing equipment manufacturers to ensure the necessary support for projects and proposals
• Organize and facilitate engineering programs for the group companies, fostering continuous learning and professional development
• Collaborate with safety and productivity teams to identify areas for continuous improvement in safety measures and operational efficiency
• Regularly report to key stakeholders and Group Engineering in the company on proposal development, project progress, engineering programs, safety measures, and other collaborative improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management and/or proposal development on Plant Process in Gas and Chemical Industry
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Possess good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Initiative, drive, and the ability to work independently

• Proficient in conversational Chinese, capable of effectively managing Chinese-speaking counterparts

• Result-oriented and energetic with positive attitude.
• Willing and able to travel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
